 1.) Premium solid hardwoods and hardwood core veneers are cut and assembled into fine furniture grade cabinets using state-of-the-art equipment and cabinet makers trained to appreciate fine workmanship.
Precision
is especially important in corner cabinetry because of numerous
mitre and angle cuts.

  2.)
All solid wood face frames are squared and surface planed
for the perfect flush fit demanded by master cabinetmakers.
Each
cabinet is assembled using pocketscrews and glueclamping,
not staples or nails. This results in strength and long life for your Mr. Corner cabinet.

 3.)
Hand and machine sanding each piece brings the wood surface
to the smooth and flawless condition required to insure a
fine furniture finish.
Excellent surface preparation by professional cabinet makers is the key to a finished cabinet to be proud of. |
 4.)
Hand wiped oil base stains are applied as opposed to sprayed
on stains. The materials and technique used result in thorough
even stain penetration. Close inspection at this stage allows
any minor imperfections to be corrected |
 5.) High solids clear sealer is applied using the finest HVLP spray equipment.
A heavy
even coating on each piece of wood allows stains to retain
color without significant change for years to come.

 6.)
Each piece is then hand and machine sanded to smooth any woodgrain
raised in the sealing process.
Finally,
hand steelwooling leaves the smooth, scratch free surface
required for perfect topcoating |
 7.)
The final finishing process is accomplished by topcoating the
entire cabinet with a clear bartop lacquer that resists scratches,
stains and water damage. Such materials and technique have been
used for decades by top quality cabinetmakers. |
 8.)
Each cabinet is then fully assembled at the factory. Every
shelf, door, drawer and molding is in place, insuring that
on installation in the clients home, the job will be right
the first time.

 9.) Installation in the clients home is performed by Mr. Corner fully trained and insured cabinet makers, not subcontractors.
Because
each cabinet has been fully assembled at the factory, the
process goes quickly, cleanly and efficiently. |
